Capacity building of the Secretariat for Economy and Economic Development and Agency for Economic Development by improving: knowledge and skills of the employees, instruments, and working procedures.

Target group(s)

Employees in the Secretariat for Economy and Economic Development - Department for Local Economic Development and Strategic Planning, and Department for support to investors; employees of the Agency for Economic Development of Pančevo.

End user(s)

SMEs and entrepreneurs from the City and beyond, potential investors, existing investors, citizens of Pančevo.

Planned results

1. Employees in the Secretariat and Agency improved their professional knowledge and skills to provide service to potential investors and SMEs and promote the city as a place for investment
2. Database on SMEs and Entrepreneurs, local regulations and investment potentials of Pančevo are improved
3. Procedures for support to investors, SMEs and Entrepreneurs have been improved and based on the needs of the end users.
