Overall objective(s)
Improvement and enhancement of agricultural production and development of entrepreneurship at the territorial and regional level of the CM Lazarevac.

Specific objective(s)
Fostering innovation, new business models and strategic planning and management in the development of the agricultural sector and its complementary SME sector in order to achieve the overall objective of the project through the establishment of the Cluster.

Target group(s)

Farmers, small and medium enterprises; cluster management; employees of the municipal administration of Lazarevac; potential cluster members (farmers, small and medium enterprises and scientific-educational institutions, the unemployed and redundant workers).

End user(s)

The founders of the cluster, and future members of the cluster, the cluster external users (vendors, distributors, retail sector, exporters, buyers and consumers; the state, community of Lazarevac); the unemployed; the whole community of the CM Lazarevac.

Planned results

1. Preparations were made for the establishment of cluster
2. Future cluster members are selected
3. The consulting and business information and advices are provided to potential and existing SME-RPG-cluster members and / or potential members of the cluster
4. A cluster is registered and the conditions for its operation are provided
5. The project was promoted and the cluster is established at local and regional level
