Creating conditions to increase local revenues through the development of City capacities to create property inventory and manage city property.

Representatives of local authority, employed managers of city organizational units, employees in local government, employees of public enterprises and institutions founded by the city, representatives from civil society.

End user(s)

The citizens of Kraljevo, private entrepreneurs using the city property; potential investors.

Planned results

1. An adequate database on the city's property is established
2. Decisions/Legislations on the city property management are prepared;
3. The professional capacities of local administration for property management and increase of city revenues are built.
