Training Centre of the Standing Conference of Towns and Municipalities, under the "Exchange 3" program, is organizing trainings aimed at strengthening the capacity of municipal/town administration. Based on the results of regular annual survey on the needs of the membership, which was conducted during June - August 2010 the following topics were identified as most important for the improvement of municipal/town governments: Local economic development, Foreign Investment Attraction, Human Resources Management, Urban and Regional Planning and Waste Management.
