SKGO Exchange 3

During the first year of implementation, members of the Exchange 3 Team will work with Kruševac, Osecina, Vladimirci, Surcin and Indjija in development of strategies for local sustainable development.

 

Competition for the provision of the support for preparation of local sustainable development strategies

During the second year of implementation, municipalities and cities in need of support in order to design local sustainable development strategies can apply for assistance through the Exchange 3 program.

Exchange 3 offers technical support in the form of training and education, direct support to the municipality, organization of working groups, and other forms of support that will be provided to municipalities by teams of local experts.

Selected municipalities will receive support from May 2011 until March 2012 in order to strengthen their development capabilities by the preparations of the local sustainable development strategies.

WHO CAN APPLY?

To be eligible, a candidate must be a town, a municipality or a town municipality from the territory of the Republic of Serbia who has adopted a general strategy for the roof (SLOR or strategy development that is consistent with the criteria SLOR).

For the selection of municipalities / towns for this kind of support, the level of development, as well as previous support from other programs / projects will be taken into consideration as an additional criterion in addition to a valid application.

HOW TO APPLY?

To be eligible, a candidate must be a town, a municipality or a town municipality from the territory of the Republic of Serbia who has not adopted a general strategy (SLOR or development strategy that is consistent with the SLOR criteria).

To participate in the selection of municipalities, please fill out a statement of motivation, and a questionnaire in which you will specify the basic information on which your application will be evaluated.
